SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are protected with complimentary protection from

 Services we use to ship with, these are the following terms &

conditions:

  • Lost/Stolen orders must provide notice within 3 business days of a delivery confirmation for coverage.

  • Lost/Stolen orders with an order value above $250 will require a policy report number for coverage.

  • Undelivered orders must give notice within 14 business days of last tracking update for coverage.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In the case you were sent the incorrect item or a defective item.

If an exchange is permitted, item(s) must be returned unworn,

unwashed and in their original packaging. The additional shipping

costs for the exchange will not be OUR responsibility

Return Labels can only be provided to US addresses

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

Order changes can potentially be made up until fulfillment has

begun.

Order changes after the initial order confirmation are not

guaranteed and will not be OUR responsibility if unmet.
